Create an account or sign in with your email or mobile number.
- Open the app. If you're new, tap Sign Up and enter your email or mobile number.
- Verify your account with the one-time password (OTP) sent to you.
- Set a password that meets the on-screen password policy (used for future sign-ins).
- Already have an account? Enter your email/mobile and password on the Sign In screen.
- Forgotten your password? Tap Forgot Password, verify with OTP, and set a new one.
Your session is tied to the app build you're using. If you ever reinstall or switch between test/beta versions of the app, you'll be asked to sign in again — this keeps your account data isolated and secure.
Add a Document
Scan or upload a medical report, prescription, bill, or consultation note — PatientCopilot reads it for you automatically.
- From the Home screen, select the family member the document belongs to.
- Tap Add Document (or the upload/plus icon).
- Choose Scan with Camera to capture a physical document, or Choose from Library to upload an existing photo.
- Confirm the capture. PatientCopilot automatically extracts the details (dates, test results, medications, etc.) using OCR.
- The app also checks that the document actually belongs to the selected family member, and will flag it if it looks like a mismatch.
- Once processed, the document appears under that patient's Files.
Processing can take a few moments for longer or lower-quality scans — you don't need to keep the screen open while it finishes.
Add / Edit an Appointment (with Voice Notes)
Keep track of upcoming and past visits, and attach a voice note as a hands-free reminder.
- Go to the Appointments section and tap Add Appointment.
- Fill in the doctor/clinic, date and time, location, and any notes.
- To add a voice note, tap the microphone icon and record your reminder — for example, questions to ask the doctor or symptoms to mention.
- Tap Save to add the appointment to your calendar.
- To make changes later, open the appointment from your list, tap Edit, update the details or voice note, and save again.
Voice notes stay attached to the specific appointment, so you can play them back right before you walk into the visit.
Delete a Document
Remove a document you no longer need.
- Open Files for the relevant family member.
- Find the document you want to remove.
- Tap the delete/trash icon on the document, or open it and select Delete from the options menu.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Deleting a document is permanent and also removes any insights or chat answers that were based on it.
Chat with Pyli
Ask Pyli, your AI assistant, questions about your (or a family member's) health records in plain language.
- Open the Chat tab.
- Select which family member you're asking about, or ask across everyone in your care.
- Type your question — for example, "What was my last blood sugar reading?" or "Summarize my prescriptions from this year."
- Pyli answers using only the documents you've uploaded — never guesswork, and never a general medical opinion.
- If Pyli doesn't have enough information to answer confidently, it will say so rather than make something up.
Before any of your information is sent to an AI model to generate an answer, your name and identifying details are replaced with a private reference — the AI never sees who you are.
Free accounts include a limited number of questions during the trial period. Once you reach the limit, you'll see an upgrade option to continue.
Download Your Consolidated Data
Export a complete copy of your records — useful for a new doctor, a second opinion, or just keeping your own backup.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Download Data.
- Choose the family member (or all family members) whose records you want to export.
- Confirm the request. Your consolidated data will be prepared and made available to download.
Delete Your Account
Permanently delete your account and all associated data.
- Go to Settings → Delete Account.
- Review what will be removed — your account, all family member records, documents, and chat history.
- Confirm the deletion.
- Prefer not to use the app? You can also request deletion from the web at patientcopilot.in/delete-account.
This action is permanent. Once confirmed, your data is erased except where the law requires us to retain it — see our Privacy Policy for details.
